Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between dibuceramic (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of handmade ceramic products ordered electronically by the Buyer.

3. Product Information

Product type, quantity, price, and payment details are specified in the order summary approved by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer via a shipping company within the legally required time, depending on production time.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, this right does not apply to handmade or custom-made products prepared upon the Buyer’s request.

6. Returns

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.

7. Payment

Payments are made through secure payment methods provided on the website. Products are shipped only after payment confirmation.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

9. Enforcement

This Agreement becomes effective once the Buyer confirms the order electronically.
